Embodiment 1

[0058] Embodiment 1 (with reference to Fig. 1, Fig. 2):

[0059] In Figure 1 and Figure 2, mark t wz is the comprehensive outdoor temperature t wz curve, labeled t ns Indoor dry bulb temperature t for summer n , mark t nd Indoor dry bulb temperature t in winter n . Integrated outdoor temperature t wz The curve of the indoor dry bulb temperature t n The area between them directly expresses the overall thermal performance of the residential building. In Figure 1 and Figure 2, mark t c The indoor dry-bulb temperature curve of the local energy-saving demonstration residential building used as a comparison reference for the residential building under test. For the clarity of the picture, the indoor dry-bulb temperature curve of the local green demonstration residential buildings is not drawn.

Abstract

An overall thermal performance evaluating method of residential buildings comprises the following steps of: detecting and acquiring indoor and outdoor dry-bulb temperatures of a residential building, solar radiation intensity, outer surface solar radiation absorption coefficient of an external wall, and air convection heat transfer coefficient of the outer surface of the external wall; calculating the synthetic outdoor temperature and constructing a computation formula for integrated evaluation, including thermo-friendly time in summer, thermo-resistance time in summer and thermo-resistance time in winder of the residential building to be evaluated; and comparing the results of the thermo-friendly time in summer and the thermo-resistance time in summer and in winter with the thermo-friendly time in summer and the thermo-resistance time in summer and in winter of green demonstration residential building and energy-saving demonstration residential building to overall evaluate the thermal performance of the residential building. The invention can overcome the disadvantages of the prior art that fails to overall evaluate thermal performance of the residential building and has the advantages of less measurement parameters, convenient operation and short evaluation duration time.

Description

technical field [0001] This method involves a method for evaluating the thermal performance of residential buildings. Background technique [0002] Thermal performance is one of the main properties of buildings, especially residential buildings, and it has a significant impact on the comfort, health and energy consumption of residential buildings. Residential buildings need to determine their thermal performance when they are completed and accepted, put into use and marketed. With the development of the real estate market and the improvement of people's living standards, especially energy conservation and emission reduction has become a national policy. Thermal performance has become one of the important components of residential building quality. In actual engineering, there is an urgent need to scientifically evaluate the thermal performance of residential buildings in order to protect consumers and national interests. [0003] The amount of residential construction pro...
