Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for phosphatidy tocopherol, belonging to enzymatic modification technique of phospholipids, which is characterized in that soybean mixed phospholipids is dissolved in waterless organic solvent, and added with tocopherol, and then processing base exchange reaction under the catalysis of treated peanut phospholipase, which converts the mixed phospholipids into phosphatidy tocopherol. The acetone insoluble matter is separated from the reactant via water-washing the organic part, washing by acetone after dewatering and exsolution, and the product is obtained after drying which contains more than 55 percent of phosphatidy tocopherol by HPLC determination. The preparation method excludes undesired components such as lysophosphatide and phosphatidic acid in phosphatidy tocopherol product since no water exists, and can prepare phosphatidy tocopherol conveniently which has a wide use in medical industry and liposome industry.

Description

technical field [0001] A preparation method of phosphatidyl tocopherol belongs to the technical field of enzymatic modification of phospholipids. Background technique [0002] Phospholipids mainly include phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylpropanol and a series of phospholipid derivatives. Recent studies have found that phosphatidyl tocopherol has important biological functions and has been widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, but phosphatidyl tocopherol hardly exists in nature. Therefore, it is of great significance to prepare phosphatidyl tocopherol by enzymatic method. Through literature search, there is no report on the method of preparing phosphatidyl tocopherol without lysophospholipids and phosphatidic acid from soybean mixed phospholipids as raw material and using peanut phospholipase D enzyme method treated in anhydrous system.
