Since the invention divides the access network gateways into different priorities, thereby an operation business can consider to the differences in the link quality that the microwave access world intercommunication key station leads to different access network gateways, thereby the access network gateways with good network quality and strong processing ability can be used preferentially, which increases the using efficiency of the network.
