The control circuit comprises a charging power determination circuit arranged in the USB interface of the USB charging base for determining the USB charging input power supply connected with the USB charging base and acquiring the type of the USB charging input power supply; and a charging management unit arranged in the USB charging base for setting charging current in a corresponding constant-current stage according to the level state of a detection pin corresponding to the USB charging input power supplied of different types, and entering corresponding charging mode. The invention can add the charging power supply determination circuit in the USB socket interface of the charging base at low cost and enter corresponding charging mode by setting a different charging current according to the different power supplies, thus achieving the control of the charging modes.
