The frequency transmitting and frequency varying system and the first processing system are respectively integrated on two comparatively-independent areas of the first circuit board. The second processing system is independently integrated on the second circuit board. A metal shielding insulating cover is arranged between the first and the second circuit board. The shielding insulating cover is arranged with at least two through plug jacks. The frequency transmitting and frequency varying system and the first processing system on the first circuit board are respectively connected with the second processing system on the second circuit board electrically through the two plug jacks with the form of slot and base pin.
