Abstract

The invention provides a near infrared testing device of tobacco feeding uniformity which is characterized by comprising a light source, a splitter AOTF of an acousto-optic tunable filter light, an adjustable RF source, a fiber optic diffuse reflection probe, a reference light detector, a measuring light detector, a computer and a printer. The adjustable RF source is respectively and electrically connected with the AOTF and the computer; one end of the reference light detector is optically connected with the AOTF and the other end is electrically connected with an industrial computer; the fiber optic diffuse reflection probe is respectively and optically connected with the AOTF and the measuring light detector which is electrically connected with the industrial computer; the measuring light is projected onto the detected tobacco through the probe and is received by the measuring light detector through the diffuse reflection of the tobacco; the reference light detector and the measuring light detector respectively send the signals into the industrial computer for comparative analysis and processing to get feeding characteristics of the detected tobacco.
