Abstract

A food safety monitor based on the optical disc comprises a light source, a sample pool, a detection part, an optical disc which is taken as a light splitting element, and a linear array CCD detector or a CMOS detector. The sample pool is arranged between the light source and the optical disc. The light emitted from the light source passes through the sample poll and emits to the optical disc. A light diffraction route of the optical disc is provided with a linear array CCD detector, a CMOS detector and a multiple-channel detecting array which is formed with a plurality of photodiodes. The light intensities of various wavelengths are obtained and the monitoring to spectrum of the detected sample is realized.
