Abstract

A Web service operating conditions management system based on rules is disclosed, comprising: a container monitor module and a self-adaptive management module, wherein the container monitor module comprises: a monitor management interface and a distributive management interface; the self-adaptive management module comprises: an information analyzer, a rule parser, a module executor, a management module library and a rule library, wherein the monitor management interface performs various monitors and operations to the container; the distributive management interface is mainly used for packaging the operating data in the Web service container as Web service resources; the information analyzer analyzes the operating data submitted by the distributive management interface; the rule parser parses the rules principally for the purpose of finding out the corresponding management module for service execution; the module executor invokes the management module library for execution according to the parsing result. The invention forms a management framework for Web services via the rule-based independent management mechanism, which advances the manageability and quality of service of the Web services; and the invention is able to utilize the standardized RuleML rule to self-adaptively adjust in terms of operation state and rules of the system.
