The invention adopts a mode combining a short training sequence and a long training sequence, and the short training sequence is applied to a coarse synchronization to realize the speedy response and high capture rate, meanwhile, the long training sequence is used for a fine synchronization to obtain high-precision synchronization; in addition, when in tracking, the arrival time of the current frame is estimated from the arrival time of the previous frame based on the relative position of two adjacent frames, thus starting a long sequence correlator for detecting and reducing the interference factors of the synchronization, further improving the synchronizing precision of a system and reducing the rate of no acquisition.
