This invention belongs to the field of X-
ray nondestructive testing technology, and particularly relates to a variable-
diameter adaptive X-
ray fluoroscopic inspection platform. It includes an inspection platform, a column, a lifting screw, and mounting bases. A downward-opening semi-circular hollow
stator disk is connected between two mounting bases, and a rotor disk is rotatably mounted inside the
stator disk. Radial guide grooves are formed on the
stator disk, and corresponding arc-shaped
cam grooves are formed on the rotor disk. Slide seats are slidably connected within both the grooves and the
cam grooves. By adjusting the motor to drive the worm
gear transmission, the rotor disk rotates, and the arc-shaped
cam grooves push each slide seat to slide synchronously radially along the radial guide grooves, achieving multi-point synchronous
diameter change from a single drive source. The X-
ray source and
detector are mounted on the slide seats, maintaining a positive-relative scanning configuration at all times, eliminating image
distortion and detection blind spots inherent in traditional L-shaped architectures. This invention features a simple and reliable structure, adaptively adjusts the inspection aperture, accommodates both large-
diameter vehicles and small-diameter vehicles, and is suitable for efficient passage of multiple vehicle types in mixed traffic.
