As to the audio device of the invention, the position sensor can sense the change of the position of the headphone and the position processing module can calculate the variance of the position of the headphone according to the sensing signal and the controlling module can automatically close the audio device based on the variance of the position of the headphone after a subscriber is in a sleeping state, thus resulting in that the function of automatic closing of the audio device is more humanistic.
