Abstract

The invention discloses a synchronous control processing method and a system thereof belonging to the synchronous control field of a remote-controlled explosion and shaking system. The method comprises a main control machine and a remote machine which utilize GPS time signals to achieve the time synchronization and accurately adjust clocks of the main control machine and the remote machine. A communication link is built through information exchange, the main control machine transmits signals of detonation time to the remote machine, and the remote machine receives the signals of detonation time and then checks the state of detonation equipment, and detonates a detonator according to the state of the detonation equipment. The system includes: a main control machine and a remote machine. The invention can accurately detonate the detonator in a definite time and accomplish the control to synchronous acquisition of seismic data signals. Meanwhile, signal transmission errors between the main control machine and the remote machine can also be effectively controlled through a feedback mechanism. The high-reliable and high-precision synchronous control thereby can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a synchronous control technology of a remote-controlled explosion and vibration system, and is mainly used in the fields of seismic exploration, petroleum exploration, geological exploration, engineering blasting and the like. Background technique [0002] With the continuous improvement of geophysical exploration technology and exploration accuracy requirements, traditional communication methods can no longer fully meet the needs of synchronous blasting exploration. In the data acquisition process of geophysical exploration, the time, frequency and phase of the received signal are important parameters for high-precision seismic data acquisition, and accurate and uniform sampling time is the basis for obtaining high-precision seismic planes. Modern seismic technology usually uses underground explosion, air gun vibration or multi-frequency vibration of automobiles to generate ground vibration waves, and the detectors around the ...
