Abstract

The invention provides a high-flotation foaming material and a manufacturing method thereof, aiming to solve the problems of the prior foaming material that the density is not low enough and a manufactured product has a seamline. The high-flotation foaming material comprises the following raw materials by weight portion: 500 to 600 portions of low density polyethylente, 300 to 250 portions of ethylene vinyl acetate, 200 to 150 portions of ethylene propionate multipolymer, 10 to 15 portions of active oxide powder, 6 to 8 portions of organic peroxide and 120 to 130 portions of a foaming agent. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a method for manufacturing the high-flotation foaming material by using the raw materials. The method comprises the following steps that: 1. the low density polyethylente, the ethylene vinyl acetate, ethylene propionate multipolymer, the active oxide powder, the organic peroxide and the foaming agent are mixed sufficiently; 2. the mixture prepared by the step1 is mixed and bunched, then is granulated; 3. the obtained colloidal particles are dehumidified and dried; 4. the colloidal particles are subjected to foaming and forming.
