Abstract

The invention discloses a supply switch circuit, comprising a level translator, a first inverter, a second inverter and a output circuit, wherein the level translator outputs a first output signal and a second signal according to a control signal. The first inverter outputs a first inverted output signal according to the first output signal, and the second inverter outputs a second inverted output signal according to the second output signal. The first inverted output signal and the second inverted output signal do not overlap each other. The output circuit selectively outputs a first level or a second voltage level according to the first inverted output signal and the second inverted output signal. According to the invention, due to the level translator coupled to the output circuit through the first inverter and the second inverter, the first inverted output signal and the second inverted output signal of the output circuit which are not overlapped are provided, thereby avoiding thegeneration of the instantaneous current, and reducing the power consumption of the supply switch circuit.
