Abstract

The invention discloses a cotton pulp cooking additive, which consists of the following raw materials in portion by weight: 4 to 12 portions of anthraquinone, 8 to 18 portions of sodium hydrosulfite, 18 to 28 portions of sodium alkyl sulfonate, 18 to 28 portions of sodium carbonate, and 28 to 38 portions of anhydrous sodium sulfate or/and anhydrous sodium sulfite. The cotton pulp cooking additive can improve the reaction performance in the cooking process of cotton linters, reduce using amount of alkali for cooking, shorten cooking time, improve content of alpha-cellulose, improve yield of pulps, reduce chroma and COD value of a black liquor, reduce corrosion of equipment, lighten environmental pollution, reduce production cost, and has good application prospect and popularization value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pulping chemical auxiliary agent, in particular to a cotton pulp cooking auxiliary agent. Background technique [0002] Cotton pulp is the main raw material for the production of viscose fiber. In recent years, with the rapid development of viscose fiber in the textile industry, the market demand for cotton pulp has also been increasing. [0003] Cotton pulp is prepared from cotton linters through three basic process steps of material preparation, cooking and purification. In the pulping process, cooking aids will greatly affect the rate and degree of lignin removal, the quality and yield of pulp, and the effect of subsequent purification. At present, sodium sulfide, anthraquinone and their derivatives are generally used as cooking aids in the pulp production industry, but the cooking liquid penetrates slowly into the raw materials, and the decomposition and dissolution of lignin take a long time; the removed lignin and gum...
