The purifier and the purification method thereof are characterized in that the two parts of heated acid evaporation and acid vapor condensation are combined, so that the acid vapor obtained by heating the acid to evaporate can be directly condensed into an acid liquor by vanes of the semiconductor condensation device in the distillation bucket.
