Embodiment 1

[0010] Embodiment 1, the method for extracting charcoal from animal and plant bodies, after the gas produced by incineration of animal and plant corpses is filtered by liquid and adsorbed by solids, the carbon dioxide gas therein is physically separated, and then solid carbon is obtained through chemical replacement. The incinerated solid is decomposed at a high temperature of 800-900°C to form carbon dioxide gas, and then undergoes chemical replacement to obtain solid carbon.

Embodiment 2

[0011] Embodiment 2, a device for extracting charcoal from animals and plants, including an incinerator 1, a liquid filter 2, and a solid adsorber 3 connected sequentially through pipelines, and the gas outlet of the solid adsorber 3 is sequentially connected to carbon dioxide gas through pipelines The physical separator 4 and the solid carbon chemical displacer 5, and the carbon dioxide gas physical separator 4 is also provided with an emptying port 5. 6 is a solid carbon container, and 7 is a displacer.

[0012] It also includes a bone ash pyrolysis furnace, the gas outlet of the bone ash pyrolysis furnace is connected to a solid carbon chemical displacer.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for abstracting carbon from animal and plant bodies, which comprises the following steps: after gas generated by cremating the animal and the plant bodies is subject to liquid filtration and solid absorption, physically separating carbon oxide gas from the gas, and then obtaining solid carbon through chemical replacement. The solid obtained by cremating is formed into carbon oxide gas after being subject to pyrolysis at the temperature of 800 to 900 DEG C, and then the solid carbon is obtained through the chemical replacement. A device for abstracting the carbon from the animal and the plant bodies comprises an incinerator, a liquid filter and a solid absorber which are connected through a pipeline in sequence; the discharge outlet of the solid absorber is connected with a carbon oxide gas physical separator and a solid carbon chemical replacer through a pipeline in sequence; and an evacuation opening is also arranged on the carbon oxide gas physical separator. The device further comprises a bone ash pyrolysis oven; and the gas outlet of the bone ash pyrolysis oven is connected with the solid carbon chemical replacer. By adopting invention, the carbon can be abstracted form organisms (including human and animal remains and plant bodies) and is further made into a monumental diamond souvenir.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method and an extraction device for extracting charcoal from organisms (including human and animal corpses and plant bodies). Background technique [0002] All organisms in the world are rich in carbon, and the carbon content in human and all animal bodies is about 18%. All other "living" substances also contain a certain amount of carbon. For example, the main component of chlorophyll in plants is carbon, and the main component of tree trunks is also carbon. The energy source for maintaining human life-sugar, fat, and oil are composed of carbon The main components of protein and vitamins are also carbon elements. Therefore, without carbon, there would be no life, so carbon is the source of life. The gases formed during the cremation process of human and animal corpses are complex, mainly including water vapor, carbon dioxide, oil gas, ash powder, etc. Conventional incinerators only absorb harmful odorous gases through fil...
