Embodiment Construction

[0011] First, use a rubber crusher to crush waste cable sheaths or waste car sealing strips to 30 mesh or below, then use a vibrating screen to separate impurities from the crushed rubber particles with an air separator, and put the crushed rubber particles into In the barrel, add rubber grease decomposing agent and stir evenly with a mixer. The stirred crushed rubber particles are poured into the rubber dynamic desulfurization tank for dynamic desulfurization. The above pressure and temperature are placed for 3 hours, and the rubber after dynamic desulfurization is mechanically desulfurized by a rubber mill, and the rubber after mechanical desulfurization is mechanically pressed by a rubber refiner. After neutralization, it meets the requirements of environmental protection and is discharged to the atmosphere. The waste water in the rubber dynamic desulfurization tank is recovered and then recycled into the rubber dynamic desulfurization tank for reuse.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for obtaining odorless regenerated ethylene propylene diene rubber through processing wrappages of waste cables and stamping steel ribbons of scraped automobiles by using a decomposition method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the wrappages of the waste cables and the stamping steel ribbons of the scraped cars into particles of 30 meshes; (2) separating impurities from the crushed rubber particles; (3) putting the crushed rubber particles after separating the impurities into a cylinder; (4) pouring a rubber oil decomposition agent into the cylinder and stirring the mixture evenly; (5) performing dynamic desulfurization on the crushed rubber particles after the stirring in a rubber dynamic devulcanizer, pressurizing the rubber dynamic devulcanizer to between 15 and 18 kilograms and heating the devulcanizer to a temperature of between 200 and 240 DEG C, and then keeping the devulcanizer stand for 3 hours by keeping the pressure and the temperature, (7) performing mechanical desulfurization on the rubber after the desulfurization by using a rubber mixing mill; and (8) performing mechanical tabletting on the rubber after the mechanical desulfurization by using a rubber refining mill. The method has the advantages that the regenerated ethylene propylene diene rubber of the wrappages of the waste cables and the stamping steel ribbons of the scraped automobiles in the production by the decomposition method is odorless, and the production process thereof is pollution-free to the environment, meets the requirements of physical and chemical indexes, and satisfies the repeated recycling of the rubber simultaneously.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for treating waste cable sheaths and waste automobile sealing strips by decomposition method, especially a method for treating waste cable sheaths and waste automobile sealing strips by decomposition method to obtain odorless EPDM regenerated rubber . Background technique [0002] With the development of the current society, people pay more and more attention to the beauty of our living environment, and sustainable development is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. Now, in order to make full use of recycled waste rubber, people have changed the previous treatment methods that pollute the living environment such as incineration and landfill. There are many ways to deal with the regeneration of waste rubber, such as using waste gas rubber particles as fillers for road construction, but since the effective use and recycling of resources is the basis of sustainable development in the country, the ones that a...
