The preparation method employs the saccharified residues of xylo-oligosaccharide as excipient and adopts the novel technical process to produce xylo-oligosaccharide powder, thereby greatly reducing the moisture absorption speed of xylo-oligosaccharide powder, preventing stickiness and caking although the xylo-oligosaccharide powder absorbs moisture and ensuring next application and processing.
