Abstract

A DC-AC inversing system is adopted for driving the electric motor. An ECU controller adopts a VVVF control algorithm and realizes the speed modulation to the motor with a mode of constant pressure-frequency ratio. A data processing module executes storing and display procession to the motor-end voltage and phase current obtained through real-time sampling. The input power of motor is calculated through FFT. An accumulator provides a power source. The parameter measuring is executed through executing experiments of empty loading, rotation-clogging, voltage-frequency characteristic, etc. to the three-phase alternating-current induction motor. The invention also provides a method for measuring the motor parameter, testing the electric property and identifying the quality of magnetic material. The device according to the invention comprises a hardware platform which is composed of a DC-AC inverter, an inversion driver, an ECU controller, a measuring module, a data processing module and a touch screen. The device according to the invention has the advantages of simple structure and reliable performance.
