The lamp comprises a high power LED diode, a substrate, a heat sink, a water self-circulation device and one or more than one wind-force stirrer devices, wherein the diode is fixed on the substrate which possesses a favorable heat-conducting property; the substrate is connected with the heat sink tightly; the heat sink and the water self-circulation device form a favorable heat-conduction connection; the water self-circulation device is equipped with one or more wind-force stirrer devices. The beneficial effectof the invention is that the water circulation is accelerated by employing the wind-force stirrer device in order to cool the hear sink of the LED street lamp head. This invention possesses simple structure, low cost, favorable heat-radiation effects and employs wind-force to accelerate the circulation of the water without extra power; the LED can work at a lower temperature by such mean, and keeps a high luminous efficiency; thus the high power LED can radiate heat in time and the service life of the LED is prolonged, and finally the service life of the whole lamp is prolonged as well.
