Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-based metal machining liquid containing a nano lubricant additive and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises peptized nano silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol, diethanolamine boride, benzotriazole and deionized water. The composition does not contain substances such as sodium nitrite, phenol, a chlorine extreme pressure agent, a sulfur extreme pressure agent and a phosphorus extreme pressure agent, accords with the environment-friendly requirement, and has superior lubrification due to introduction of nano silicon oxide.
