When the lightening arrester is composed after electrically connecting each component column in parallel, a plurality of layers of intermediate plate-shaped conductors (15b) which are electrically connected with an electrifying side plate-shaped conductor (5) through the gasket shaped interlayer connection conductors (22a, 22b) and are electrically connected with the intermediate plate-shaped conductors (15a) that is odd counted from the earthing side and the earthing side plate-shaped conductor (6) through the gasket-shaped interlayerconnecting conductors (11a, 11b) between the electrifying side plate-shaped conductor (5) and the earthing side plate-shaped conductor (6), wherein the layers of intermediate plate-shaped conductors (15b) are even counted from the earching side.
