The invention provides an electric control automatic assistor of an automobile clutch. The assistor mainly consists of an electric control driving system, an assistor and a driving element. The driving element comprises a driving component and a driven component which is connected with the driving component in a mechanical transmission manner; and the assistor comprises an assistor piston and an assistor piston rod which are sealed in an assistor shell and an assistor cover, the connecting end of the assistor piston rod and the assistor piston is provided with a groove with a convex plate, the groove is internally provided with a valve seat, a return spring and a valve disk, the left end of the assistor piston rod is sheathed on the right side of a support which is fixedly connected with the assistor shell by the piston rod, the assistor piston rod is internally provided with an assistor push rod which is connected with the driven component, and a mandril seat of the clutch is matchedwith the assistor piston by a conical surface. The assistor performs real-time control on displacement and speed of separation and combination of the clutch without changing the basic structure of the clutch, thus greatly improving the automatic control accuracy and the response speed.
