Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent program-control error-locking prevention system based on integrated design. An anti-misoperation host and a monitoring background host are integrated, and a measurement-control network and an anti-misoperation network are integrated. A measurement-control unit is provided with a five-prevention locking node which can be controlled in a monitoring system background, and the five-prevention locking node is a normally opened node in series with an operation circuit, so operation can be performed only when the five-prevention locking node is closed, regardless of remote control or on-site operation. After the five-prevention logic of inspection equipment completes the simulated preview of operation tickets on a monitoring-system background host, according to a formed sequence of the operation tickets, a background monitoring system automatically closes the five-prevention locking node corresponding to current equipment to be operated, and the closure of the mode shows that the equipment passes double verification about five-prevention logic locking and operation-ticket sequential locking. The error-locking prevention system can ensure that only the correct equipment can be operated within the whole range of a substation, regardless of remote control through the host in a station control layer, operation in an interval layer or on-site operation in an equipment layer.
