Problems solved by technology

It can be seen from the above that the charge transfer process of the row and vertical shift registers cannot be carried out at the same time, so that it takes a long time to transfer the induced charge in the CCD
And the more pixels, the greater the amount of information, the longer it takes
With the development of technology, the number of pixels of CCD is getting higher and higher, and the time required for charge transmission will be longer and longer, which seriously affects the performance of digital equipment

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The hardware structure of the present invention and the working process under this structure will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0025] 1. Hardware structure:

[0026] Based on the structure of the traditional CCD, the invention newly designs the driving and measuring circuits connecting each electrode, so as to achieve the purpose of fast charge transfer.

[0027] The overall hardware structure is attached figure 1 As shown, it is mainly divided into two parts: CCD and TG. In the figure: TG 1, vertical drive signal gate 2, horizontal drive signal gate 3, CCD output measurement amplification device 4, CCD pixel 5, CCD vertical shift register 6, CCD horizontal shift register 7, vertical drive signal 8. Horizontal drive signal 9, strobe signal 10, CCD output signal 11. It should be pointed out that: the figure 1 It is a schematic diagram, and the number of pixels in the actual CCD is much more than that shown in the figur...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for driving quickly transmitted CCD induced charges. The method divides the whole CCD into a left part and a right part for respective driving, and the right half partperforms horizontal transmission when charges of the left half part of perform vertical transmission. The specific steps of photoelectric conversion and charge transfer are as follows: 1, the CCD receives image light signals, and all pixels generate induced charges; 2, all the induced charges are transferred to vertical shift registers from induction zones; 3, induced charges in a left vertical shift register and a right vertical shift register enter a nethermost horizontal shift register at intervals, and various rows of charges which uses pixel as a unit are transferred out of the CCD fromboth ends of the horizontal shift register through the horizontal shift register; and 4, the CCD receives a new picture after the whole picture of the induced charges are completed, and the step 1, the step 2 and the step 3 are repeated. The method has the advantages of reasonable design, obvious effect, burst transmission of CCD induced charges, convenient use and, wide application scope.

Description

technical field [0001] The technology relates to a photoelectric conversion element CCD (Charge Coupled Device), in particular to a method capable of realizing rapid transmission of charges induced by the CCD. Background technique [0002] At present, digital imaging equipment such as digital cameras, digital video cameras, mobile phone camera devices, and monitoring equipment are playing more and more important roles in people's lives. Different from traditional imaging devices, digital imaging equipment converts optical signals of images into electrical signals, and stores image information in the form of electrical signals. In the working process of a digital imaging device, the most critical step is to convert the optical signal of the image into an electrical signal, and this process is realized by a photoelectric conversion element. A photoelectric conversion device is composed of an array of tens of thousands of pixel units. In the process of photoelectric conversio...
