Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic distributing device for a brazed diamond tool, which consists of a rotary-table rotating mechanism, two diamond particles with the same structure and a brazing filler metal vibration distributing mechanism. The rotary-table rotating mechanism consists of a tiltable rotary working-table and a single-phase frequency speed regulating motor which are assembled by aconnecting bracket, a shaft coupling and the like; the rotary table, a workpiece holder and a material recycling table are positioned on a rotary central shaft; the vibration distributing mechanism comprises a lifting guide rail and a left-right moving guide rail component; a hopper is positioned above a feeding chute; the tail part of the feeding chute is provided with an iron block and a vibrator; and a flexible frame is positioned below the chute. The vibrators of two distributing mechanisms are respectively connected with a distributing frequency regulator and a frequency display instrument; and the motor is connected with a motor frequency regulator and a frequency display instrument and then connected with a power supply by an electric control cabinet. The automatic distributing device can complete the distribution of diamond particles and brazing filler metal powder once and for all, thereby improving production efficiency, ensuring distribution uniformity and improving productquality.
