Abstract

The invention relates to a maize straw pretreatment method that is a new method for using supercritical or subcritical fluid technology to pretreat the maize straw. The new method improves the enzymolysis efficiency of cellulose in the maize straw, removes lignin that has inhibiting effect on the further fermentation process while improving the sugar yield of the straw, and provides an effective way for further cleanly and highly efficiently producing products such as fuel ethanol and the like. The method is characterized in that the pretreatment temperature is 50-250 DEG C; the operation pressure is 10-20MPa; the reaction time is 0.1-5h; and the solvent is the mixed solvent of CO2, water and one of or more of methanol, ethanol, butanol, pentanol and the like. The sugar yield of the cellulose in the maize straw is 40-95 percent.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a corn stalk pretreatment method, which applies supercritical or subcritical fluid technology to a new method for pretreatment of corn stalks, and improves the enzymolysis efficiency of cellulose in the corn stalks. Background technique [0002] Corn stover is a large amount of agricultural waste, the main components are cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and some soluble substances. Among them, cellulose is the main source of fermentable sugars, with a content of about 35%-45% (the absolute dry weight of cellulosic raw materials). The fermentable sugars can be further converted into ethanol, acetone, butanol, acetic acid, butane by microbial fermentation. Diols and other liquid fuels or chemical raw materials; can also be used as fermentation raw materials for antibiotics, organic acids, single cell protein (SCP), and enzyme preparations. When using cellulase to hydrolyze corn stover to produce glucose, the cellulase must be contacte...
