Abstract

The thermal keying installation of the large hydraulic generator rotor rim includes a heat retaining housing, a rim assembly, rim keys and a rotor ally arm component, wherein the heat retaining housing is connected with the rim assembly which is connected with the rim keys, and the rim keys are connected with the rotor ally arm component. The intelligent control system comprises an input system, a small DCS system, a hot-air fan, a water injection elctromagnetic valve and an electric bell, wherein the input system is connected with the small DCS system, and the small DCS system is connected with the hot-air fan, the water injection elctromagnetic valve and the electric bell.
