The invention mainly aimsto provide the method for manufacturing the low-noise and low-vibration needle bearing in order to solve the problems in the needle bearing manufacturing industry at present. At present, a low-noise and low-vibration needle bearing product does not exist at home and a standard of low noise of the needle bearing also does not exist in the nation and in the industry. The method for manufacturing theproduct comprises the following steps of: a) processing a ringed retainer blank; b) fixing the ringed retainer blank on a lathe and cutting grooves on inner and outer sides of the retainer to form M-shaped sections; c) on a punch press, processing a needle groove parallel with the central axis of the bearing along the circumferential direction of the retainer; d), processing a cylindrical rollingneedle and processing symmetrical correcting curved surfaces at two ends of the cylindrical rolling needle; and e) assembling the rolling needle and the retainer into the bearing product.
