Problems solved by technology

[0002] Parasitoids are important natural enemies of pests. The investigation of parasitoid resources is the prerequisite for the use of parasitoids. There are three investigation methods: (1) directly collect parasitoids in the wild, and then identify their species, but the range of their hosts is difficult to determine; (2) ) Collect host insects in the wild, raise them in the laboratory, observe and collect the eclosion parasitoids, the host range is accurate, but the efficiency is relatively low; Eclosion parasitoids have a greater workload and are less effective for young parasitoids

Embodiment 1

[0012] With the trapping agent used in the present invention, in August 2008, it was placed under the shade of a tree on the campus of Taishan Medical College, and around it was placed 100 larvae and pupae of sargassum and housefly raised in petri dishes, collected and exposed every day. After the larvae and pupae were brought back to the laboratory for rearing, new larvae and pupae were placed immediately for 10 consecutive days, and a total of 2000 erupted blowfly pupae were collected, and 100 gnat-jaw wasps were collected. The control of fly pupae for trapping erupted out of blowfly pupae and collected 400 golden wasps, and no other parasitic wasps were found.

Abstract

The invention discloses a field trapping method and a trapping carrier thereof for trapping fly parasitic wasps. The method comprises the following steps of firstly uniformly mixing wheat bran, waterand porcine liver with the proportion of 3:5:6, carrying out slight fermentation, after feeding housefly larvae for two days, subsequently preparing the trapping carrier by the residues with the housefly larvae removed, subsequently adding homogenate of Sarcophagab peregrina and the housefly larvae with the proportion of 1:50 so as to prepare a cake-shaped trapping agent; and arranging the trapping agent in a culture dish, arranging the culture dish at outdoor shady places, and arranging bred fly grubs or pupae at places of 10-20cm away from the culture dish. The trapped parasitic wasps selectively spawn on the grubs or pupae; the grubs or pupae are collected every day and brought to the laboratory for closed breeding or culturing, and the feathered parasitic wasps are observed and collected so as to carry out species identification and enlarge breeding.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to biological technology, in particular to a field trapping method for parasitic wasps of flies. Background technique [0002] Parasitoids are important natural enemies of pests. The investigation of parasitoid resources is the prerequisite for the use of parasitoids. There are three investigation methods: (1) directly collect parasitoids in the wild, and then identify their species, but the range of their hosts is difficult to determine; (2) ) Collect host insects in the wild, raise them in the laboratory, observe and collect the eclosion parasitoids, the host range is accurate, but the efficiency is relatively low; Eclosion parasitoids have a greater workload and are less effective for juvenile parasitoids. Therefore, exploring a new and efficient method for trapping parasitoids has become an important technical problem to be solved in the process of resource investigation and development of parasitoids.
