The wire arranging and collecting device adopts a shaft driving type wire collecting and arranging mode, namely, the shaft (the rotary shaft) is moved, while the wires are not moved, so the resistance to the wires in the process of arranging and collecting the wires canbe greatly reduced, the possibility of breaking the wires is greatly lowered, and the application range of the wire drawing machine is extended.
