Problems solved by technology

Leading color is very inconvenient to use and often error-prone
When the optical fiber bundle tube is a metal tube such as stainless steel that cannot be directly dyed, it is necessary to print color rings with different distances on the outside of the tube wall to distinguish it. It is difficult to distinguish multiple bundle tubes together by the color ring, and the color ring is easy to fade. make it difficult to identify

Embodiment 1

[0016] Embodiment 1, a kind of method for embedding colored filling rope identification layer stranded optical fiber bundle tube, see appendix figure 1 .

[0017] In this embodiment, there are 6 stranded natural-color fiber bundle tubes, and the optical fibers in each tube are 12-core loose fibers, and 6 colored filling ropes are twisted in the same direction in the gaps of the 6 fiber bundle tubes. The corresponding relationship between the sequence number and the color of the colored filling rope is as follows:

[0018]

[0019] From the cross-section of the cable core, the identification method of the present invention can be used to easily identify the fiber bundle tube clamped between the blue and orange filling ropes as No. 1 fiber bundle tube, and the fiber bundle tube clamped between the orange and green filling ropes. The bundle tube is the No. 2 bundle tube, and the rest of the identification methods are analogized until the optical fiber bundle tube sandwiched b...

Embodiment 2

[0020] Embodiment 2, a method for embedding the stranded optical fiber bundle tube of the filling rope identification layer, see the attached figure 2 .

[0021] In this embodiment, there are 6 twisted optical fiber bundle tubes, 12×12 core ribbon fibers in each fiber bundle tube, and 6 colored filling ropes twisted in the same direction, and the color is implemented in the same way as the bundle tube serial number and identification method example 1.

Embodiment 3

[0022] Embodiment 3, another kind of method for embedding colored filling rope identification layer stranded fiber bundle tube, see appendix image 3 .

[0023] In this embodiment, there are 4 twisted optical fiber bundle tubes, and the optical fibers in each bundle tube can be loose fibers or ribbon fibers in Embodiment 1 or Implementation Example 2, which are co-twisted and embedded in the outer space of the fiber bundle tube. There are 4 colored filling ropes, and the corresponding relationship between the color and the serial number of the fiber optic bundle tube is as follows:

[0024]

[0025] Although the 4 optical fiber bundle tubes are all of the same color, according to the identification method of the present invention, the serial number of each optical fiber bundle tube can be easily identified, and the identification method is the same as in embodiment 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for embedding twisted optical fiber bundle tubes of a color filling rope identification layer. The method is characterized in that the optical fiber bundle tubes are of a whole-colored natural color; the number of full color spectrum color filling ropes is equal to that of the optical fiber bundle tubes, and the color filling ropes and the optical fiber bundle tubes are twisted one by one at intervals in the same direction and embedded in gaps outside adjacent optical fiber tube bundles; and the sequence number of each tube bundle is identified and defined by using the colors of two color filling ropes at both sides of the optical fiber bundle tube with the natural color. The method is used for quickly and accurately identifying the sequence numbers of the optical fiber bundle tubes during manufacturing, using and maintaining optical cables, and the colorations of the bundle tubes are not used for identifying any more. The method has the advantages that the universality and the yield of the bundle tubes are obviously improved, and the manufacture cost of the optical cable is reduced; and the method is simple and practical in production, use and maintenance and is also accurate, durable and convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for identifying layer-stranded optical fiber bundle tubes, in particular to a method for identifying layer-stranded fiber bundle tubes with embedded colored filling ropes. Background technique [0002] The multiple optical fiber bundle tubes in the core of the existing layer-stranded optical cable are identified by adding color masterbatch to make colored bundle tubes. The relevant optical cable standards stipulate that 12 colors of optical fiber bundle tubes should be used for full color spectrum identification. This method costs a lot. High, because every time the color is switched, the process of filling in new color masterbatch until the color is stable is called "washing tank", which wastes a lot of raw materials, energy and time; it also requires that the length of the semi-finished tubes of each color is the same, which affects the semi-finished products of optical cables. The increased loss caused by the versat...
