The infusion method comprises a step of adopting the dual-drive high pressure pump as an infusion device, wherein the dual-drive high pressure pump comprises two linear motors driven by a single driver; the two linear motors drive a main pump head and an auxiliary pump head through a drive mechanism respectively; the main pump head is connected with the auxiliary pump head in series or in parallel; and the main pump head and the auxiliary pump head compensate each other to realize pulse-less infusion. The infusion method is efficient and stable, the main pump head and the auxiliary pump head can realize compensation for each other, and the auxiliary pump head can effectively compensate the reduced flow of the main pump head so as to realize constant high pressure or extra high pressure infusion. The dual-drive high pressure pump has a reasonable structure design, is convenient to maintain, and can realize the constant delivery of high pressure or extra high pressure mobile phases for a long term.
