Embodiment 1

[0011] Example 1: Solid-state fermentation adopts the strategy of adding nutrients to the medium, adding 34.7g / L sucrose, 52.8g / L sodium nitrate and 79.6μg / L boric acid to the solid-state fermentation medium, and the rest of the conditions are the same as in the comparative example. Result: Beauveria bassiana spore yield: 6.22×10 9 pcs / g.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for increasing the yield of solid fermentation beauveria bassiana spores by adding nutrient substances, which belongs to the technical field of application of a nutrient condition changing strategy in fermentation process optimization. The beauveria bassiana YP3-09 of the invention is preserved in CCTCC, and the preservation number is CCTCC No: M209238. The CCTCC No: M209238 is used as a fermentation strain; 33 to 37 g / L of sucrose, 50 to 55 g / L of sodium nitrate and 75 to 85 mug / L of boric acid are added into a solid fermentation culture medium to perform fermentation; and under the culture conditions, the yield of the beauveria bassiana spores is increased to 6.22*109 spores per gram from 7.30*107 spores per gram of a contrast (without adding three nutrient elements) case; therefore, the yield of the beauveria bassiana spores can be greatly increased by using the strategy, and the method provides the foundation for industrialized production. The strategy has important instructive significance for the production of other solid fermentation products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a method for increasing the yield of Beauveria bassiana spores in solid-state fermentation by adding nutrients, and relates to the application technical field of adding nutrients in the optimization of solid-state fermentation process. Background technique [0002] Beauveria bassiana is a broad-spectrum entomopathogenic fungus, which has significant application potential in the control of agricultural and forestry pests. Beauveria bassiana spores can be produced by liquid fermentation, semi-solid fermentation, and solid fermentation. Due to the low cost and high toxicity of solid-state fermentation, solid-state fermentation has become the preferred method in the production of Beauveria bassiana spores. The current research on the production of Beauveria bassiana spores by solid-state fermentation mainly focuses on the optimization of fermentation conditions, such as the optimization of the medium and the design of the reactor. ...
