The method is characterized by material preparing: selecting high-quality pear and carrying out peeling, kernel removing and dicing; calcium sulfidizing: soaking the diced pear in sodium bisulfite mixed liquor for 5-7h and then spooning the diced pear, and fully rinsing the diced pear multiple times for later use; boiling with sugar: adding the diced pear into the boiled sugar liquor, boiling for 12-14min, adding appropriate amount of sugar in the process of boiling and finally adding iodized salt and honey at the same time; soaking in sugar: pouring the diced pear and the sugar liquor into a vessel together while hot when the diced pear is transparent and soaking the diced pear and the sugar liquor in sugar for 30h at normal temperature; and baking: spooning the diced pear, drying the sugar liquor and sending the diced pear into an oven to be dried for about 8h at 60-70 DEG C until the diced pear is not sticky, thus obtaining the transparent brown dried pear.
