Problems solved by technology

The ability to produce insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes is not completely lost, and some patients even produce too much insulin, but the effect of insulin is greatly reduced, so the insulin in the patient's body is a relatively deficient
The condition of type 2 diabetes patients is generally mild. Because the current detection methods are too lagging behind, some patients even feel that they are very healthy
If diabetes cannot be diagnosed early and given appropriate prevention and treatment, various chronic complications may occur, such as: heart and cerebrovascular diseases, which can cause disability or premature death in severe cases; Diabetic nephropathy, which requires dialysis in the late stage; diabetic retinopathy, which can lead to blindness in the late stage, and a series of symptoms and signs caused by diabetic neuropathy. The emergence of these complications will seriously reduce the quality of life of diabetic patients

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting the related loci of type-2 diabetes (also known as adult-onset diabetes), which comprises the following steps: extracting genomic DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) from a human sample; designing two primer pairs according to the sequences of two genes related to the type-2 diabetes, carrying out PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification on the genomicDNA and recovering PCR amplification products; and sequencing the PCR amplification products and analyzing the sequencing result to judge whether mutation occurs to the two genes related to the type-2 diabetes, wherein the two genes related to the type-2 diabetes are preferably a PRKCZ gene and a CAPN10 gene, and the two primer pairs are used for detecting the locus rs427811 of the PRKCZ gene andthe locus rs3792267 of the CAPN10 gene respectively. The method of the invention has the advantages of skillful design, simple operation and accurate and reliable detection result, thereby providing a reference basis for further adopting the health management targeting on the type-2 diabetes and follow-up detection methods.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of detection of disease-related sites, more specifically, to the technical field of detection methods for type 2 diabetes-related sites, in particular to a detection method for type 2 diabetes-related sites. Background technique [0002] Type 2 diabetes, also known as adult-onset diabetes, usually occurs after the age of 35 to 40, accounting for more than 90% of diabetic patients. The ability to produce insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes is not completely lost. Some patients even produce too much insulin, but the effect of insulin is greatly reduced, so the insulin in the patient's body is relatively deficient. Insulin release test is usually used clinically to distinguish the type of diabetes. During the test, 75 grams of glucose is eaten, and blood is drawn once on an empty stomach and 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes, and 180 minutes after eating to measure insulin and C-peptide. If the ...
