Abstract

The device comprises a positioning pad, an upper cover, an upper supporting plate, a lower supporting plate, cylinders and a pedestal, wherein the positioning pad is fixed to the top surface of the upper cover with screws; the two ends of the upper cover are fixed with end plates with the screws; the front surface of the upper supporting plate is provided with through threaded holes corresponding to connecting holes on an aluminum alloy member; nuts with holes are screwed in the threaded holes; gas pins are fixed in the nuts with glue; the centers of the gas pins are provided with through holes; the front surface of the lower supporting plate is provided with a concave surface; the concave surface close to four corners is provided with four through holes; the through holes are connected with a gas inlet pipe A respectively to introduce gas into the gas pins through a cavity; four cylinders are fixed at the four corners on the back surface of the lower supporting plate; each cylinder is connected with a distributor through a pipeline; the distributor is provided with five holes of which one serves as a gas inlet hole connected with a gas inlet pipe B so as to achieve the purpose of supporting the upper supporting plate.
