The invention relates to a data driving circuit of a flat display panel having a block mode and a method for processing pixel data of a block window. The data driving circuit comprises an input register and a data collecting circuit. When the data driving circuit is in the block mode, the data collecting circuit is used for determining whether to temporarily store the pixel data of a plurality of pixels in the pixel data of the block window sequentially read from a data region in the data collecting circuit according to the boundary of the block window and a scanning count value. When the scanning count value represents that the block window is to be displayed, the data collecting circuit selects the pixel data from the temporarily stored pixels and generates the pixel data with the plurality of pixels accordingly to the input register to sequentially output the pixel data of the block window and drive the flat display panel to display the block window.
