Abstract

The invention is characterized in that the retainer is formed by welding three sections of steel plates with thickness being not more than 5mm, square retainer pockets are punched on each section of steel plate in equal distance before welding, the length of the square retainer pockets is 1.05 times that of the diagonal of the roller and the width thereof is 1.03 times the diameter of the roller; and the three sections of steel plates are then machined into arc shape with included angle of 120 degrees by mechanical stamping, after the roundness is qualified through detection by mechanical reshaping, the three parts are welded into a whole, and finally the welded parts undergo secondary mechanical reshaping, roundness detection and surface phosphatizing. The retainer substantially improves the stability and the working speed of the bearing on the basis of ensuring the life and the bearing capacity of the bearing.
