Abstract

The invention discloses a method for indirectly testing the fume amount of a dust-free appliance by adopting a laser particle counter. The fume amount of the dust-free appliance is obtained through testing the particle amount in pure water before and after the dust-free appliance is washed by the laser particle counter and the dust-free appliance with relatively less fume amount is selected through comparing the products of different suppliers. The method comprises the following implementation steps of: (1) taking more than two clean beakers and respectively adding filtered pure water with equivalent amount; (2) testing the particle number of the pure water 3-5 times for averaging; (3) placing a sample into the pure water subjected to the test, placing the two beakers into an ultrasonic generator, and carrying out ultrasound for same time at same frequency; (4) taking out the samples in the beakers after the ultrasound; (5) testing the particle number of solutions in the beakers by using the laser particle counter; and (6) carrying out qualitative selection on the particle number in the tested samples obtained. The method is simple and fast and has an extremely obvious effect.
