[0023] (1) Acoustic measurement

[0024] The acoustic parameters of ultrasonic therapy equipment include ultrasonic frequency, peak negative pressure, pulse width and duty cycle, etc., all of which are measured by the hydrophone method. After the ultrasonic therapeutic instrument signal is sent out, the received signal is received by the needle-shaped hydrophone (NTR1000, USA) at a distance of 3cm from the transmitting transducer, amplified by a preamplifier (NTR, USA) and then amplified by a digital oscilloscope (Agilent 55310, USA) Computer sampling analysis.

[0025] (2) A brief description of the routine methods of tumor microvessel blockade treatment experiments

[0026] Firstly, through imaging diagnosis methods such as ultrasound, CT or MR, the body surface localization information of the tumor, the acoustic window information and the blood perfusion information of tumor neovascularization are obtained, which provide positioning information for microbubble ultrasonic cav...

Abstract

The invention relates to use of microbubbles with high-intensity cavitation generated by combining ultrasonic in preparation of anti-tumor neovascularization medicaments. The microbubbles are high-intensity cavitation effect microbubbles generating mechanical damage under the action of pulse-type high-peak negative pressure ultrasonic energy; and the ultrasonic energy has higher peak sound pressure and lower transmitting duty cycle. The generated high-intensity cavitation effect can generate obvious tumor microcirculation blocking effect on the tumor neovascularization, repeatedly perform deprivation therapy for further generating tumor growth inhibition, and reduce the transfer rate of malignant tumors. The novel treatment use of the microbubbles is applied to the treatment of various solid malignant tumors and angiogenesis pathological changes and is brand new use of the microbubble with application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new application of microbubbles in anti-tumor therapy under ultrasonic excitation, which can be applied to the treatment of malignant tumors and belongs to the technical field of non-invasive ultrasonic therapy. technical background [0002] Malignant tumor is a disease that seriously threatens human life and health, and its treatment has always been a difficulty and hot spot in the medical field. At present, although the basic methods for treating cancer include surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and biological immunotherapy, these treatments often cannot meet the treatment requirements of patients, and surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy are invasive and prone to serious side effects or drug resistance. It is not only risky, but also reduces the quality of life of patients. Tumors such as primary liver cancer are not sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the existing physical therapy is traumatic and should...
