Abstract

The invention discloses a reciprocating sealing performance test bed for a magnetic liquid sealing device. Left and right modules (11), (13) of a stroke control part of the test bed are sleeved on a reciprocating shaft (14); and a travel switch (12) is fixed on a work table. A first linear bearing (16) of an execution mechanism is arranged in a first bearing block (17) which is fixedly connected with a first bearing end cover (15) and a sealing cover (18) respectively; a second bearing block (20) is embedded into the sealing cover; a second linear bearing (19) and a magnet isolating ring (21) are arranged in the second bearing block; a sealing piece (22) is arranged in a sealing shell (23) and arranged on the reciprocating shaft after the magnetic liquid is injected; the sealing shell and the second bearing block are fixed on the sealing cover; a vacuum meter (29), a pressure gage (30), a vacuum pump (32) and a compressor (34) are connected with respective interfaces respectively; and a piston rod 9 is welded with the reciprocating shaft 14.
