Abstract

The invention discloses a deicing ground wire with high-voltage heavy current. The deicing ground wire is manufactured by mixing at least two strands of steel strands (1) and two strands of insulated copper wires into a rope. The steel strands (1) uniformly distributed radially on the section of the ground wire form a Theta-shaped bead ring; and the insulated copper wires (2) are uniformly distributed on two sides of the steel strands (1) distributed on the radial line of the bead ring. The wire coated with ice can also be supplied with heavy-current for temperature rise and deicing by utilizing the characteristic of cold resistance of the insulated copper wires (2). The gravity of the overhead ground wire is supported by the steel strands (1) with tougher bearing capacity, and the normal operation of the transmission line is guaranteed. The deicing ground wire has the advantages that: 1) the ground wire maintains the normal functions of common ground wires and does not influence the work on the ground wire; 2) the ground wire is high voltage resistant and can be supplied with heavy current; 3) the ground wire is high temperature resistant and insulating layers are not damaged; and 4) the ground wire can be used for heavy-current deicing and greatly reduces the labor intensity of deicing.
