One end of the friction roll is provided with a drive wheel for driving a driven wheel so as to cause the cleaning brush roll to rotate reversely corresponding to the conveying belt. A cleaning water pipe mounting bracket is arranged below the rotary bearing frame plate. A lug seat of the rotary bearing frame plate of the bracket body is provided with an actuation cylinder. One side of the rotary bearing frame plate is provided with a scraper cleaner. A maintaining agent storage container and a wastewater guide plate are arranged below the bracket body.
