The invention provides a utilization method of industrial 
red mud waste 
powder, and belongs to the technical field of 
red mud ceramics. The method comprises the following steps: mixing wet 
red mud blocks with water, and conducting dispersing to form raw red mud 
slurry; adjusting the pH value of the raw red mud 
slurry by using 
ammonium carboxylate to form modulated red mud 
slurry; conducting standing to form red mud clinker slurry; adding a 
foaming agent, a dispersing agent and an 
adhesive into the red mud clinker slurry to form a red mud slurry material; 
drying the red mud slurry and conducting 
powder sprraying to obtain hollow 
powder; carrying out pre-
sintering treatment on the hollow powder; mixing and stirring the modulated red mud slurry and the hollow powder, adding a 
lubricant, uniformly conducting stirring, and conducting 
drying to obtain molded powder; manufacturing a mold, and putting the formed powder into the mold for pressing to form a blank body; and 
sintering the blank body to form a red mud 
ceramic product. The red mud is used as a 
raw material of a 
ceramic product, so that waste utilization is realized, environmental 
pollution caused by storage of the red mud is avoided, and the requirements of green and 
sustainable development are met.
