Abstract

The invention provides a portable instrument for testing the triggering performance of thyristors. The instrument comprises a circuit board, a power source of the circuit board for providing power supply for the circuit board, an isolation transformer for providing power supply for the thyristors, an LCD (liquid crystal display) screen and a phase-adjustment potentiometer, wherein the power source of the circuit board is connected with the circuit board; and the circuit board is connected with the LCD screen and the phase-adjustment potentiometer. The instrument is smaller in size, is capableof displaying the waveform on a real-time basis and is provided with an indicator lamp for indicating the conducting state, so that the thyristor-level state can be conveniently and rapidly judged bymaintenance personnel; and for the thyristor-level parameters are different from each other, the portable instrument of the invention is more adaptable to tests under various conditions by using the phase-adjustment potentiometer to adjust the trigger phase.
