Abstract
The invention relates to a device for fixing the end part of a riser model in a deep-sea slender flexible riser vortex-induced vibration test, which comprises a trailer, a left support device, a right support device, a sliding mechanism, a fixed pulley and a tension system, wherein two ends of the trailer are arranged on a track, and other parts are suspended; the left support device is an integrated structure formed by welding three steel plates and transversely fixedly arranged at the left end of the suspended part on the trailer; the right support device is longitudinally fixedly arranged at the right end of the suspended part on the trailer; the sliding mechanism comprises a base which is fixedly connected with the bottom part of the left support device, two parallel sliding tracks are arranged on the base, and a sliding block is arranged on the two sliding tracks by penetration; the riser model is arranged between the sliding block and the right support device; the fixed pulley which can rotate around a shaft is arranged on the outer side of the steel plate at the bottom part of the left support device; and the tension system comprises a tensiometer, a tensioner and a spring which are connected on the steel plate on the outer side of the left support device in series, and the sliding block is connected with the spring by bypassing the fixed pulley through a steel wire rope. The device is firm and stable, can truly and effectively simulate the riser vortex-induced vibration characteristics in a laboratory and is mainly applied in the field of indoor model test researches of deep-sea slender flexible riser structure vortex-induced vibration.
