Abstract
The invention discloses a high performance liquid chromatography method of oxytetracycline residues in soils, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing oxytetracycline standards solution and extracting buffer solution Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine; (2) extracting oxytetracycline in soil samples; (3) purifying and eluting oxytetracycline solution to be tested to obtain eluent; (4) adding mobile phase after drying the eluent by blowing and carrying out filtration after ultrasonic extraction to obtain filtrate; and (5) determining the content of oxytetracycline in the filtrate by high performance liquid chromatography method. The method is simple and convenient in operation and high in accuracy. The content of oxytetracycline has good linear relation with peak area. The recovery rate, sensitivity, detection limit and relative standard deviation can meet the requirements of residue analysis. Experiments prove that the method can be used for various soils with bigger property differences and the recovery rate, sensitivity and detection limit have better accuracy and precision in various soils.
