Abstract

A natural lime material which is not added with any synthetic resin and is produced by dispersion technology can be prepared into a lime binder which contains 45 to 50 weight percent of hydrated lime, 48 to 52 weight percent of tap water, 0.8 to 1.2 weight percent of cellulose ether and 0.2 to 1.8 weight percent of water reducer, and novel paper strip mixed lime mortar which contains 45 to 50 weight percent of hydrated lime, 48 to 52 weight percent of tap water, 0.8 to 1.2 weight percent of cellulose ether, 0.5 to 2 weight percent of yellow paper for worshipping the gods and 0.2 to 0.5 weight percent of deformer according to different material formulas. The raw materials are put into a high-speed disperser according to required sequence and time, and are stirred for about 1 to 2 hours. The lime material has the advantages of high bond strength, rapid curing, washability, no organic volatile matter and the like, and can be used as a binder or a decorative surface course.
